This is the ghostfactory. A studio that builds autonomous companies — businesses that run themselves, end to end, without a human in the loop. No standups. No sprints. No off switch. We set things in motion — then we go to bed.
We believe a company is just a very slow program. So we sped it up. We automated the meetings, the busywork, the waiting — every dull task that ever kept a good mind small. The last job we automated was our own.

Perpetuo is a studio that designs companies the way engineers design engines: to run without anyone holding the wheel. Every venture we build operates autonomously — sales, service, operations, finance — from its first day to its last invoice of the night.
What remains for humans is the part machines can't want: imagining what should exist, shaping how it feels, deciding where it goes next.
